Non c'è molto da dire, era uno dei miei piccoli sogni e finalmente ho avuto l'opportunità per realizzarlo :)
La cover che ho realizzato si intitola "The Price Of Freedom" tratta dall'omonimo videogioco "Final Fantasy VII - Crisis Core"
Tutti gli strumenti sono stati registrati tramite scheda audio. Eccezione fatta per la batteria e per il violino che sono stati fatti con dei sintetizzatore dedicati. La batteria e il violino hanno subito una conversione da dati midi in dati audio.
È stato effettuato il mixaggio su tutte le tracce e il mastering.
Dedico questo video a tutti i fan di questa meravigliosa saga!

Not much to say about it. It was one of my little dreams and I finally had the opportunity to make it :)
The cover that I made is called "The Price Of Freedom" is drawn from the video game "Final Fantasy VII - Crisis Core"
All instruments were recorded via sound card. Except for the drums and the violin were made of dedicated synthesizer. The drums and the violin have undergone a conversion from MIDI data into audio data.
All the track was mixed and mastered.
I want to dedicate this video to all Final Fantasy fan!!!

ITALIAN AND ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

Vi riporto qui la mia tesi che ho portato all'esame finale del corso di tecnico del suono che ho affrontato il 4 maggio.
Su questo trailer sono stati svolti tutti i lavori di colonna internazionale, ovvero:
1) Doppiaggio
2) Effetti sonori
3) Colonne sonore
E come primo passo andiamo quindi a presentare i doppiatori!!
- Il sottoscritto nel ruolo di Scott Pilgrim (faccio pena come doppiatore quindi insultatemi pure xD!)
- Eleonora Tiberi nel ruolo di Kim Pie e Knives Chau
- Stefania Murgia nel ruolo di Roxy Richter
- Gabriele Vitali nel ruolo di Comeau
- Alessia Cipriano nel ruolo di Ramona Flowers
- Alessio Ward nel ruolo di Wallace Wells, Todd Ingram e Gideon Graves
- Mattia Ward nel ruolo di Matthew Patel, Lucas Lee e il narratore

Le sessioni di doppiaggio sono state registrate in camera mia tramite un microfono Behringer B1 collegato alla scheda audio TC Electronic collegato a Pro Tools 10.
Devo dire che la forma asimmetrica della mia stanza ha garantito una quasi totale assenza di riverbero! Le tracce audio sono state pulite, messe a sync e effettate.
Per il resto ci siamo letteralmente ammazzati dalle risate :D

Passiamo dunque agli effetti sonori: sono stati utilizzati dei formati wav e mp3 e una maggior parte di essi sono stati presi da internet e altri suoni invece sono stati prodotti da me grazie al mio registratore (se vi interessa il modello è un Tascam DR-05). Le seguenti tracce audio hanno subito una pulizia, una stretchata se necessario, una messa a sync e ovviamente effettati.

Per quanto riguarda le colonne sonore la prima parte della colonna sonora è stata interamente composta da me collegando i miei fidati Sasha (la mia chitarra) e Steve (il mio basso) e la batteria è stata composta tramite un virtual instrument.
Per quanto mi riguarda la seconda parte non sono riuscito a trovare una canzone migliore di quella che era stata messa nel trailer originale, quindi sì, troverete anche qui Invaders Must Die dei Prodigy :D
Le tracce sono state pulite, effettate e mixate.

I report here my thesis I put forward before the end of the course of the sound engineer that I faced on May 4.
On this trailer have been carried out all work of the international column, namely:
1) Dubbing
2) Sound Effects
3) Soundtracks
And as a first step we therefore call for voice actors!

- Mattia Ward in the role of Matthew Patel, Lucas Lee and the narrator

The dubbing sessions were recorded in my bedroom through a Behringer B1 microphone connected to your sound card connected to the TC Electronic Pro Tools 10.
I must say that the asymmetric shape of my room has guaranteed an almost total absence of reverb! The audio tracks were clean, and put in sync effettate.
For the rest we have literally killed with laughter:D

So let the sound effects were used formats of wav and mp3 and a majority of them were taken from the Internet and other sounds were produced by me but thanks to my tape recorder (if you're interested in the model is a Tascam DR-05 ). The following audio tracks have been cleaning a stretchata if necessary, fine-sync and obviously effettati.

As for the soundtracks to the first part of the soundtrack was composed entirely by me plugging my trusty Sasha (my guitar) and Steve (my bass) and the battery was composed by a virtual instrument.
For me the second part I could not find a better song than what was put in the original trailer, so yes, you will also find here Invaders Must Die by The Prodigy: D
The tracks have been cleaned, and mixed effettate.
